Sunflowers!!

Who doesn’t love sunflowers?? They are happy, bright, yellow and fun! A quintessential summer flower. My dad always grew them in our yard when I was growing up and he still does today. And now my girls and I grow them in our yard. They love planting the seeds and watering them and seeing them grow. They are the perfect flower for children to grow because they sprout within a few days. And they don’t need special fancy soil. Just someplace to grow and some water. Sort of like children. 🙂 We grow a few pots and patches in our yard so it’s not ideal for a photo session.  I was excited to find this exclusive location and get my little sunflowers there to run amongst the sunflowers.
